SMS Compliance
This public page documents Third Rail's A2P 10DLC SMS marketing program for carrier and compliance review. Third Rail is operated by Touch the Third Rail, LLC, a direct-to-consumer apparel and streetwear brand at thirdrail.co.
The SMS program is used for marketing messages from Third Rail only. SMS consent is collected directly from subscribers and is not a condition of purchase.

01 / Messaging Use Case
Subscribers may receive Third Rail marketing messages about:
- new product drop announcements
- collection launch notifications
- restock alerts
- promotional offers
- VIP early-access invitations
- abandoned cart reminders
02 / Opt-In Workflow
End users opt in by entering their mobile phone number and checking an unchecked consent box before submitting the website opt-in form at https://thirdrail.co/sms. The consent checkbox is separate from general website terms and is not preselected.
The consent language shown at opt-in is:
“I agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Third Rail at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Terms: https://thirdrail.co/terms-and-conditions. Privacy Policy: https://thirdrail.co/privacy-policy.”
- Website opt-in form: Visitors go to https://thirdrail.co/sms, enter their email address and mobile phone number, then check an unchecked SMS consent box before selecting Sign Up For Texts. The form cannot be submitted with the box unchecked.
After submitting the form, the subscriber receives a welcome text inviting them to reply YES to confirm their subscription. Replying YES triggers the opt-in confirmation message below; the welcome text itself includes message-and-data-rates, STOP, and HELP language.
